Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers — customers enter them on Stripe’s own hosted checkout, and we store only the payment reference and amount against the booking.

Payouts go to your own connected Stripe account, so your revenue is yours directly rather than passing through us and being remitted later.

Access control

Every record is scoped to the organization that owns it. Staff access is role-based, so a member can see their own bookings while an administrator sees the whole facility.

Public booking pages expose only what a customer needs in order to book: availability, venue names, and your published contact details.

Availability and data

Data is stored in managed MongoDB with automated backups. Media and images are served from a CDN.

If you believe you have found a security issue, email sales@sportsbookingmanagement.com with the details and we will get back to you. Please give us a reasonable window to investigate before disclosing publicly.
