Frequently Asked Questions
How much can I save by switching from Mindbody?
Mindbody plans start at $129+/mo and rise with features and locations. Our Pro plan is $79/mo with unlimited venues and bookings — no per-location fees and no premium tier required. If you rely on Mindbody for classes, memberships or client management, those are not part of our product, so compare on the booking side only.
Is it really easier to use than Mindbody?
Yes! Sports Booking Management is designed to be intuitive. Most facilities are fully set up and accepting bookings within an hour. No weeks of training or complex configuration required.
Can I migrate my data from Mindbody?
Yes. You can export your upcoming bookings from Mindbody, and our support team will help you bring them into Sports Booking Management at no extra cost. Customer profiles and membership history are not imported and stay in Mindbody.
What if I need more advanced features?
Our Pro plan includes every feature we ship: unlimited venues, card payments and invoicing, team roles, approval workflows, recurring series, email reminders, and public booking pages. We do not offer integrations such as calendar sync or accounting exports today, so if those are requirements, tell us before you switch.
Will you raise my price?
No. We will not raise prices on customers who sign up at the current $79/mo Pro rate — even if our public pricing increases later.
Will you retire my plan?
No. We do not retire old plans. Your plan tier stays valid; we never force you onto a new tier to keep the same features at a higher price.
What does grandfathered mean?
You keep your signup rate and plan tier forever. Sign up at $79/mo Pro today and that is what you pay — always grandfathered in.
