Can residents request a permit without an account?
Yes. The public booking page accepts requests from anyone with an email address, and you can require accounts instead if your department prefers.
Can we require staff approval before a permit is confirmed?
Yes — approval is a per-organization setting. With it on, every request arrives pending and is only confirmed once a staff member approves it, with the decision recorded.
How do we handle a tournament that needs several fields at once?
It is booked as a single reservation covering every field. The organiser gets one confirmation listing all of them, and you can cancel one field or the whole thing.
Does the price change as we add parks?
No. $79/mo covers unlimited spaces, and your rate is locked at signup — it does not increase as you add sites or at renewal.
Can we charge different rates for residents and non-residents?
Not automatically — pricing is set per space and per duration rather than per booker type. Departments that need this today handle it by invoicing those bookings on account at the rate they decide.
Will you raise my price?

Will you retire my plan?
