Sports Facility Booking Software That Fills Empty Hours

Take bookings around the clock for every field, court, cage and room you run — on one calendar, at one flat price, however many spaces you add.

What booking looks like without it

Someone phones to ask whether the turf is free on Thursday. A coordinator checks a spreadsheet, or a wall calendar, or their memory, and says probably. The booking gets written down somewhere, and the caller is told they will be confirmed later. Half the time nobody calls back.

The cost of that is not the admin time. It is the hours that never get booked because asking was too much friction, and the double-bookings that surface when two teams arrive for the same slot on a Saturday morning.

What you get

A public page that takes requests 24/7

Share one link. Anyone can see live availability and request a slot without creating an account, at whatever hour they happen to be looking.

Approve before anything is confirmed

Requests land for review rather than auto-confirming. Approve or reject with one click, so opening bookings to the public never means losing control of the calendar.

Every space on one calendar

Daily, weekly and monthly views across all your spaces at once. Conflicts are visible before they become two teams on one field.

Multiple venues, separate rules

Each venue keeps its own operating hours, pricing tiers and booking constraints, while you still see the whole operation in one place.

Pricing that matches how you sell time

Duration-based tiers — per hour, half day, or a custom rate for any block. The rate follows the slot rather than needing to be remembered.

Staff access without full admin

Invite your team and assign roles. Front-desk staff can take and manage bookings without being handed the keys to billing and settings.

Why per-space pricing punishes sports facilities

Most booking platforms bill by the number of bookable spaces. That model was designed for meeting rooms, where a business has six of them. A sports facility counts spaces in dozens once you include each diamond, each court, each cage and each multi-purpose room — and splitting a gym into three cross-courts triples your bill for the same building.

Sports Booking Management is $79/mo flat with unlimited spaces. Adding a court does not change the price, which means you can model your facility the way it actually works instead of the way that keeps the invoice down.

Questions

How is this different from a shared calendar?

A shared calendar records bookings you have already agreed to. This takes the request in the first place: the public sees live availability, submits a request against it, and you approve. The calendar is the output, not the process.

Can people book without creating an account?

Yes. The public booking page works from a link, with no account required to see availability or submit a request. That matters for casual and one-off bookings, which is where most facilities lose demand to friction.

Can I stop bookings from being confirmed automatically?

Yes — the approval workflow is optional but on by default for exactly this reason. Requests queue for review, and nothing occupies a slot until a staff member approves it.

Does it handle more than one site?

Yes. Multi-venue support gives each site its own operating hours, pricing tiers and booking constraints. There is no per-venue surcharge — the flat price covers all of them.

What about recurring bookings for a league season?

A weekly slot can be granted for a whole season as one recurring series rather than a booking per week, and cancelling can release the series together.

Do we have to take payment online?

No. You can collect card payment at the time of booking, where the slot is only held once payment lands, or invoice organisers on account and track it to paid. Both work; plenty of facilities use each for different customers.

Will you raise my price?

No. We will not raise prices on customers who sign up at the current $79/mo Pro rate — even if our public pricing increases later.

Will you retire my plan?

No. We do not retire old plans. Your plan tier stays valid; we never force you onto a new tier to keep the same features at a higher price.

What does grandfathered mean?

You keep your signup rate and plan tier forever. Sign up at $79/mo Pro today and that is what you pay — always grandfathered in.
