Common questions about tennis booking software

How do booking limits work?

Each court has a minimum and maximum booking length, and you set how far in advance anyone can book. Per-player quotas, like "max 2 hours per day" or "one prime-time booking per week," aren't supported yet.

Can tennis pros manage their own schedules?

Pros can be invited as team members and book court time for lessons, including recurring weekly slots. There isn't yet a separate pro calendar where students book a named pro directly.

Do you support member vs. non-member pricing?

Not yet. Rates are set per court and booking length, and everyone sees the same price. Member rates and guest fees aren't supported today. If you bill members on account, you can send them Stripe invoices instead.

What about lighting fees for evening play?

Not automatically. There's no time-based surcharge yet, so a lighting fee can't be added after sunset on its own. You can set up lit courts as their own spaces with their own rate and evening hours.

Can we block courts for tournaments?

Yes. You can block multiple courts for tournaments, USTA leagues, or club events. Players see these as unavailable during the blocked period.

Does it work for indoor and outdoor courts?

Yes. Set up indoor and outdoor courts as separate spaces with their own hours, pricing, and booking rules.

Will you raise my price?

No. We will not raise prices on customers who sign up at the current $79/mo Pro rate — even if our public pricing increases later.

Will you retire my plan?

No. We do not retire old plans. Your plan tier stays valid; we never force you onto a new tier to keep the same features at a higher price.
