Campus Recreation and Facility Rental, on One System
Club sports, intramurals, department bookings, and external rentals all want the same courts and fields. Give each of them a request path, an approval, and a record — for $79/mo flat across every facility.
Three systems and an email inbox
Campus recreation typically runs on a mix of a room-booking system built for lecture theatres, a spreadsheet for club sport allocation, and an inbox for external rental enquiries. None of them know about each other.
The result is a facilities coordinator manually reconciling three sources of truth, and external rental revenue that nobody can report on accurately.
What you get
Separate paths, one calendar
Club sports, departments, and external renters all request against the same live availability, so an external booking cannot be approved over an intramural fixture.
Approvals with a record
Every request is approved or rejected by a named person with a timestamp and a reason — which matters when allocation between clubs is contested.
Season allocation in one action
Grant a club its weekly training slot for a whole term, including different times in different spaces within the same series.
Multi-court and multi-field events
A tournament or open day spanning several spaces is one reservation with one confirmation, not one per court.
Every facility, one flat price
Rec centre courts, playing fields, studios, and the pool — unlimited spaces at one price, so campus-wide rollout does not change the cost.
External rental revenue you can see
Take card payment at the time of booking, or invoice external organisations on account and track each invoice to paid.
Campus-scale inventory, unchanged price
A campus counts bookable spaces in the dozens across rec centres, fields, and studios. Per-space pricing puts that in the top tier immediately — $199/mo on AllBooked before spaces become unlimited.
Sports Booking Management is $79/mo for unlimited spaces, locked at signup.

Questions
Can students book without a separate account?
Students can book with just an email address, or you can require accounts. There is no SSO or campus directory integration today — that is worth raising with us if it is a requirement.
Can we give club officers the ability to book for their club?
Yes. Members can be invited with either admin or member access, so club officers can submit bookings while staff retain approval.
Can we charge external organisations but not internal departments?
Pricing is set per space and per duration rather than per booker type, so the common approach is to invoice external rentals on account at the rate you decide, while internal bookings carry no charge.
Does the price scale with the number of facilities?
No — $79/mo covers unlimited spaces, and your rate is locked at what you signed up at.
Will you raise my price?
No. We will not raise prices on customers who sign up at the current $79/mo Pro rate — even if our public pricing increases later.
Will you retire my plan?
No. We do not retire old plans. Your plan tier stays valid; we never force you onto a new tier to keep the same features at a higher price.
What does grandfathered mean?
You keep your signup rate and plan tier forever. Sign up at $79/mo Pro today and that is what you pay — always grandfathered in.
