Sports Facility Management Software Built Around the Calendar
Run the bookings, the staff access, the pricing and the invoicing for every space you operate — without paying more each time you add one.
The management problem is a scheduling problem
Most of what makes running a facility hard traces back to one question: who has which space, when. Revenue is lost in unbooked hours. Complaints come from double-bookings. Staff time goes on relaying availability that a customer could have seen for themselves.
Platforms that try to be an operating system for the whole business tend to bury the calendar under modules you did not ask for, and price accordingly. The scheduling core is what you use every day.
What you get
One calendar across every venue
Daily, weekly and monthly views spanning all sites and all spaces, so utilisation and conflicts are visible without opening four separate schedules.
Roles for the people who work there
Admins and booking users have different access. Front-desk staff manage bookings; settings, pricing and billing stay with the people who own them.
Per-venue operating rules
Every venue carries its own hours, pricing tiers and booking constraints, so a rec centre and an outdoor complex can live in the same account without compromise.
Duration-based pricing tiers
Set per-hour, half-day or custom rates. Pricing is attached to the space and the block rather than applied manually at the point of booking.
Approvals with a record
Every request is approved or rejected by a named person. When an allocation decision gets questioned later, there is a record of who decided what.
Invoice or take payment
Invoice leagues and organisers on account and track them to paid, or take card payment up front where the slot is held only once the money lands.
Flat pricing, unlimited spaces
Facility management platforms usually price on how much facility you have — per space, per venue, or per tier that you cross as you grow. That turns an operational decision, like splitting a fieldhouse into three courts for weeknight rentals, into a budget decision.
This is $79/mo flat. Every venue, every space, every staff member. The price is the same whether you run one diamond or forty.

Questions
Is this an all-in-one facility management suite?
No, and deliberately. It covers scheduling, bookings, approvals, pricing, staff roles, invoicing and payments. It does not do retail POS, payroll or memberships. If you need those, a heavier platform will suit you better — and cost accordingly.
How many venues and spaces can we add?
Unlimited on the flat plan. Multi-venue support means each one keeps its own hours, pricing and constraints, and the price does not move as you add them.
Can we control who on staff can change what?
Yes. Team members are invited with a role — admins get full access, booking users can take and manage bookings without reaching settings or billing.
Does it work for indoor and outdoor facilities together?
Yes. Because operating hours and constraints are set per venue, a seasonal outdoor complex and a year-round indoor facility can sit in one account with different rules.
Can customers see availability themselves?
Yes — the public booking page is a link you share. It shows live availability and takes requests without the visitor needing an account.
What happens to bookings if we cancel?
Your data stays yours and can be exported. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee, so trialling it on your real venues does not commit you to anything.
Will you raise my price?
No. We will not raise prices on customers who sign up at the current $79/mo Pro rate — even if our public pricing increases later.
Will you retire my plan?
No. We do not retire old plans. Your plan tier stays valid; we never force you onto a new tier to keep the same features at a higher price.
What does grandfathered mean?
You keep your signup rate and plan tier forever. Sign up at $79/mo Pro today and that is what you pay — always grandfathered in.
