Common questions about soccer booking software

Can I manage different field sizes?

Yes! You can set up different venues for full-size 11v11 pitches, 7-a-side fields, 5-a-side courts, and futsal areas. Each can have its own pricing, availability, and booking rules.

How do you handle weather cancellations?

Mark the booking cancelled and the customer is notified by email automatically. From there you can rebook the slot for another date.

Can leagues manage their own schedules?

Partly. League administrators can be invited to request time for the season, and with approvals switched on you confirm each request. Season-long slots are set up as recurring series. League admins can't yet manage their own block of time without you.

Do you support drop-in or pickup games?

Not as per-player sign-ups yet. Today a pickup game is booked like any other pitch reservation: the organizer books the slot and pays at booking. Selling individual spots with a player cap isn't supported.

What about indoor vs. outdoor facilities?

You can manage indoor arenas and outdoor turf fields in one account. Each space gets its own operating hours and pricing, and outdoor slots can be cancelled with automatic notifications when the weather turns.

Can I charge more for prime time?

Not yet. Rates are set per pitch and per booking length (for example, one price for 90 minutes on the full-size pitch and another for an hour on the 5-a-side cage). Time-of-day and weekend pricing aren't supported today.

Will you raise my price?

No. We will not raise prices on customers who sign up at the current $79/mo Pro rate — even if our public pricing increases later.

Will you retire my plan?

No. We do not retire old plans. Your plan tier stays valid; we never force you onto a new tier to keep the same features at a higher price.
