Swimmers pick a lane and a time slot on your booking page. Each lane is its own space, so it can never be double-booked. Shared lanes with several swimmers per slot, and different rules by time of day, aren't supported yet.

Can swim instructors manage their own schedules?

Instructors can be invited as team members and book pool time for their lessons, including recurring weekly slots. Parents booking a named instructor directly isn't supported yet.

Do you support capacity limits per session?

Not yet. Each booking can record an expected number of swimmers, but there's no cap that stops bookings once a session is full. Lanes themselves can never be double-booked.

Can we rent the pool for private events?

Absolutely. Create rental time blocks as bookable products and collect payment online when the booking is made, so the slot is only held once it is paid for.

What about swim team practice times?

Block recurring times for swim team practice. Team managers can see their schedule, and the system prevents public bookings during team times.

Do you support multiple pools?

Yes. Manage lap pools, diving wells, leisure pools, and therapy pools from one account. Set different rules, pricing, and schedules for each.

Will you raise my price?
