Can community groups book without creating an account?
Yes. Your public booking page accepts requests from anyone with an email address. If you would rather require accounts, that is a per-organization setting you can turn on.
Can we keep internal school use and community rentals on one calendar?
Yes, and that is the point. Curricular and athletics bookings occupy the same calendar community requests are checked against, so the system will not let a rental be approved over a school activity.
Do we have to take payment online?
No. You can invoice on account, which is how most districts bill leagues and community groups. Online card payment at the time of booking is available if you want it, but it is optional.
How much does it cost for a district with several schools?
$79/mo total. Spaces are unlimited, so the number of schools, gyms, and fields does not change the price — and your rate is locked at the figure you signed up at.
Can we see who approved a particular booking?
Yes. Every approval and rejection records the person, the timestamp, and any rejection reason given, against the booking itself.
