This document is being finalised with legal review. The summary below reflects how the product works today and what we hold ourselves to in the meantime.
In the meantime
We are preparing a full privacy policy covering what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and who processes it on our behalf. Until it is published, here is the short version of what the product does.
- Facility operators: we store the account and organization details you enter, and your booking records.
- Customers booking a space: we store the name, email, and phone provided at booking so the facility can confirm and contact you.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
- Transactional email is sent through Resend. We do not sell personal data.
