Sports Booking Management in ChatGPT and Claude

Check what is free, book a field or court, and run your facility’s calendar by asking ChatGPT or Claude, with the same rules and the same calendar as the dashboard.

What you can ask

Once connected, the assistant works with the facilities your account belongs to, and only does what your role there allows.

  • “What’s free on Diamond 2 on Saturday afternoon for two hours?”
  • “Book the indoor court Thursday 7 to 9pm for pickleball drop-in.”
  • “Move my Tuesday practice to 6:30.” / “Cancel Friday’s booking.”
  • Admins: “Show me the requests waiting for approval this week” and approve or reject them.
  • Admins: “Book Diamond 1 every Tuesday 6 to 8pm from May 4 to August 31 for the men’s league”, with the dates that clash listed before anything is booked.
  • Admins: book for a member, or block a space with no holder for maintenance.

How it works

Everything goes through the same calendar and the same checks as the dashboard: a slot that is taken can’t be booked twice, members’ bookings go in as requests until an admin approves them, and the usual emails go out. Members are held to the facility’s opening hours, booking lengths and how far ahead it takes bookings.

Anything that books, moves or cancels is shown to you first, and only happens after you say yes. Times are always in the facility’s own time zone.

Nothing is paid in the chat. If a space has a rate, the assistant tells you, and the facility collects it as it normally does. The assistant can’t change your account, your facility’s settings or its spaces.

Connect it

ChatGPT: in Settings → Apps, add a custom connector with the URL https://sportsbookingmanagement.com/mcp. Claude: in Settings → Connectors, choose Add custom connector and use the same URL.

You’ll be sent to Sports Booking Management to sign in and allow the connection. The assistant never sees your password.

Disconnect

Remove the connector in ChatGPT or Claude. To cut off every connection at once, sign in and use Sign out everywhere at sportsbookingmanagement.com/connect, which also signs you out on your other devices.
