Players pick the PC, console, or VR station they want on your booking page, book it for their preferred time, and can add a note with any requests. They get a confirmation email and a reminder before they arrive.

Can you manage different gaming areas?

Yes. Set up each station or room as its own space — high-end PC gaming, console gaming, VR rooms, streaming booths — with its own pricing, booking length limits, and operating hours.

Can you run tournaments?

Not the tournament itself — brackets, seeding, and registration are not supported. You can block out every station the tournament needs as one group booking, so the stations are held for the event.

What about memberships vs. walk-ins?

Memberships and member rates are not supported yet. Today every player books at the price set on the station, and you can send regulars a Stripe invoice instead of charging at booking.

Can we book stations for parties?

Yes. Book several stations together as one group reservation for the party, and collect payment online when the booking is made.

Do you track session time at the station?

No. The booking holds the station for the reserved time and is paid for up front, but there is no in-session timer, overtime alert, or auto-checkout.

Will you raise my price?

No. We will not raise prices on customers who sign up at the current $79/mo Pro rate — even if our public pricing increases later.

Will you retire my plan?

No. We do not retire old plans. Your plan tier stays valid; we never force you onto a new tier to keep the same features at a higher price.
