Common questions about basketball booking software

Can I rent half courts separately?

You can list the full court and each half as separate spaces with their own rates. They aren't linked yet, though: booking the full court doesn't block the halves automatically, so staff need to hold the halves as well.

How do open gym sessions work?

Block open gym as a recurring booking so it shows on the calendar and nobody can rent over it. Per-player sign-ups with a headcount cap and check-in aren't supported yet.

Can schools and rec centers use this?

Yes. It suits after-hours gym rentals while school programs stay on the calendar as recurring blocks, and approvals let you vet outside groups before a booking is confirmed.

What about equipment rental?

Not yet. Bookings cover the space itself, and add-ons like ball carts or scoreboard access can't be sold as separate items today. You can note them on the booking or build them into a court's rate.

How do you handle back-to-back bookings?

Changeover time between bookings isn't enforced automatically yet. If you need 15 minutes to clear the court, build it into the booking lengths and slot increments you offer.

Can league admins manage their own schedules?

Partly. You can invite league administrators as booking users who can reserve courts, with approval if you want it. They can't yet manage a private block of time or message teams from the system.

Will you raise my price?

No. We will not raise prices on customers who sign up at the current $79/mo Pro rate — even if our public pricing increases later.

Will you retire my plan?

No. We do not retire old plans. Your plan tier stays valid; we never force you onto a new tier to keep the same features at a higher price.
