Everyone who works your desk should have their own login. Shared accounts make the booking history useless — when every change is attributed to the same generic user, you cannot answer who moved a booking or why.
Invite someone
- Open Members
- Invite by email address, with their name
- Choose a role
- Send — they receive an email invitation to join your organisation
The two roles
- Member — can view the calendar and make bookings
- Admin — can also manage venues, team, and settings
Front-desk and coaching staff want member. Reserve admin for the people who should be able to change your opening hours, your pricing, and your Stripe connection, because those settings affect what every other member can do and what your customers see.
Changing and removing access
- Change someone’s role inline from the member list when their job changes
- Remove a member when they leave — their bookings stay in the history
- Search the list by name or email when the roster gets long
Removing access when someone leaves is the one piece of housekeeping worth doing the same day. An ex-member of staff with a working login can still move your calendar.
Seeing what someone has booked
From the member list you can jump to the calendar filtered to that person’s bookings. That is the quick way to pick up a departing colleague’s commitments before their last day.
Your own details
Each person manages their own name, phone, and password from Profile. Email addresses cannot be changed after signup, so if someone needs a different address, invite the new one and remove the old member.
